This was through a large grant from the UK Government’s Darwin Initiative for Community Conservation Education in with Tusk Trust and the Painted Dog Conservation project. Following on from this she was asked by Tusk to create Pan African Conservation Education project: www.paceproject.net, and to write the book  ‘Africa Our Home’, a 199 page full-colour illustrated guide to environmental issues for African teachers and communities. This book was accompanied by Action Sheets with detailed information on the sustainable development techniques shown in the PACE resource pack and the materials and book have been shared with more than  400 organisations in 27 African countries

 Commenting on Sasha's book

                                              HRH Prince William,  said:

If you haven’t already seen Tusk’s PACE environmental education films and books, I urge you to do so: they are quite extraordinary. The imperative of balancing conservation of wildlife and natural resources with the ever-growing needs of the human race is at the heart of the great challenge facing mankind today.
